Night’s Story & Race Highlights

The Seattle main events were run on a soft, technical track that deteriorated quickly, challenging riders’ ability to find rhythm through the whoops and rhythm sections. In the 450 main, Cooper Webb grabbed the holeshot and led early, but Tomac patiently stalked him before making a decisive pass around halfway. Once in front, Tomac opened a multi-second gap and managed traffic expertly to take a comfortable victory. Webb held off late pressure to take second, with Justin Cooper capitalising on a battle ahead to secure his first podium of the season. Hunter Lawrence overcame a mid-race incident to finish fourth and retain the championship lead.

In the 250SX West main, Deegan’s duel with Kitchen gave fans fireworks trading positions multiple times before Deegan ultimately prevailed in one of his toughest wins of the year. Kitchen’s strong ride delighted the Seattle crowd and confirmed him as a serious title contender should Deegan falter later in the season.

Championship Impact

After Seattle, the 450SX championship is tighter than ever. Hunter Lawrence holds a slender one-point advantage over Tomac, with both riders appearing locked in a duel for the 2026 title. Webb and Ken Roczen sit just outside the top two, keeping the championship picture wide open as the series heads next to Arlington

In 250SX West, Haiden Deegan’s fifth straight win has put him in firm control of the title fight, building a significant points lead while his rivals continue to chase consistency and pace later in the season.
